Hi, I have started taking Femilon for the first time since 18th September(as it was the first day of my period). We had unprotected sex today(4th oct). Is there a chance I will get pregnant? Thanks in advance

" first time since 18th September" when was the first time since Sept 18 ? Today or do you mean you started taking it on September 18.

First even if fully effective there is a percent of failure, no birth control is 100 percent so there is always a chance of pregnancy. But it sounds like you were not on it for a full month prior to sex, So no, the protection will be less than max at that point

Well, I meant I used Femilon for the first time ever on 18th september(since I was told that if I were to start Femilon, I need to start it on the first day of my period)... and the unprotected sex was today.

Whatever you wrote makes complete sense as I was not on it for a full month prior to sex.
