    Detainor:probation and parole
My boyfriend who was on felony probation for simple burglary caught a failure to pay fine and sentenced to 180 days. He also caught a domestic charge and was revoked and given 120 days. He has been in jail over 120 days so he was given time served. He is being held at a parish jail by probation and parole by a detainor. How long will he sit in the parish jail?

This is a global website, it all depends on your location and the mood of the judge. Domestic isn't taken very lightly these days.

If he probation was revoked, was there a hearing on probation ? If so, how long was his probation ? That is how long he can stay. But he would be in prison if it was going to be over 1 year (if in the US) or has he not really had a hearing on probation yet ?
