I advice you to go for pregnancy test. The symptoms cleary indicate that. Once its ruled out then get back for further actions.

Not really, those are pregnancy signs at end of 2nd month or maybe 3 or 4th month, not signs before you really missed a periond yet. 6 days is not that late,

It is also too early to test. You need to wait till you are at least 14 days late.
It really sounds like late period and getting ready to start.
