    Honda snowblower hs35
My son gave me an old Honda snowblower HS35. It was not running at the time. I took it apart, cleaned it out. The gas was jelly-like so I cleaned it out as best I could. Replaced spark plugs. Oil is clean. New filter. It will run for 5 minutes then shuts off by itself. I have taken it apart so many times, I cannot think of what might be wrong. Can you shed some light on this problem?

    Thank you.

Gas tank venting properly? Hear an air noise when opening cap? Does it run after opening gas cap?

Did you clean everything in the carb? Sounds like something is gummed up in there.

    Hi,
The odd thing with a Honda engine is how many of their fuel shutoffs work. Look for a small Phillips head screw in the side of it, remove it, disassemble the shutoff, clean the spiral passage in it and reassemble.
    Peace,
    Clarke
