Can a public school drug test a student in Kentucky with out consent or notification to the parents for any reason.My student is NOT an athlete.He was given drug test for "not feeling well" or rather "feeling sick".Can they do this?

Yes they may. The school has to have a program, and not single out any specific student without cause, ( example, est all students who go to the nurse sick) and so on.
