Flushing Toilet - doesn't stop on it's own
When flushing the toilet, the float doesn't "float" up and will overflow unless I pull/or move the arm around.
During the day the water level slowly lowers which makes the toilet run again, and it doesn't stop unless I pull/move the arm up.

Replace the flapper and the toilet fill valve... both super easy and super cheap! Questions? Let me know, OK?
