I am divorced and never asked for child support for my two boys. Our schedule in the divorce papers says it is 50/50 although he is involved in the kids lives it is not and has never been 50/50 now I need food money and for expenses but he refuses to give me info on income and expenses (he pays medical insurance.
What do I do?

Take him to court for child support. Then he will have to say how much he makes etc and provide a financial records for the courts.

File for support, and serve him with a subpoena for his pay stubs and tax returns.
