Social security withholding is part of FICA tax? True or false?

False Social Security withholding IS FICA not part of FICA

This is one of those questions that can be answered either way depending on who's asking. Medicare is withheld separately from Social Security, and doesn't have a wage limit. But they are both all of FICA as ScottGem said.
