I'm inside junction box and I find two white wires wire nutted together and a orange and yellow wire together the same, I assume the two white are hot so my question is what do the orange and yellow go to?

OK, many issues here. Main one being you should have start a new thread for your question.
Next, what box is this?? Switch? Fixture?
Next, why in the world would you assume two whites together are hots?
Yellow and orange? Is this a commercial/industrial setting?
And how would we know where they go? You really need to tell us quite a bit more about your situation.

I would guess the opposite, colored are hot. Tested?

Sorry it's the box on the ceiling for the ceiling fan or light fixture.the wires that were inside the box were two white wires nut together ,and the yellow and orange wire the same.its residential I'm hooking up a ceiling fan manufactured by harbor breeze.

You can't just guess and neither can we. Is there a switch somewhere? If so, what color wires are on it? You need a tester to determine hot wires. Yellow and orange wires are an uncommon mix to find in a house. Is this a converted loft or industrial property? Not that we don't want to help but the wiring scenario you present is not normal. Was anything ever hooked up to this box?
Make sure it is a fan rated box before hanging a fan. Old boxes only had about 1/16" thread, rated boxes have 1".

This is a new house 2012 the ceiling of every room in the house has a box, I assumed since track lighting is in ceiling as well it was specifically for a fan.Now the wires in the box are different types of wire the white ones are many strands of wire,and the others are a thick single strand.

Also yes there is a switch panel on the adjacent wall

I hooked everything up per the harbor breeze instructions,turned the power on and before I did anything the lights were on they were dim and I could hear feedback on my subwooofer which is also in the same room.

That's what was originally posted. Surprised to see the white are twist not solid. Are the whites inside a sheath? You still need to check voltage if the lights dim and you are getting feedback. I would be suspect of solid and strand as a service feed and colors still are not common.
