Honda Accord 1998 Died on Road Will not Start
Honda Accord LX 1997 quit on road. Just died and showed "service engine" light before it did. Will not start after died. 140,000 miles and changed belt at 110,000 miles... but I am suspicious of belt again. Get no spark from spark plug. Now I see that rotor will not turn when try to start and looked in oil fill hole and camshaft does not turn when try to start. Is it the timing belt? And if it is the timing belt can it damage engine in 98 honda accord.

Yes it is timing belt. Change belt but be sure to check the pistons and make sure they did not make contact at the time of breakage. Some have been known to do this. It is called continual motion motors. Everything is going then one part stops everything else still moves.
