I am having random sharp pains in my right ovary area... not the main issue but with that pain I am also getting consistent pain in my thigh, sharp pain sometimes and others dull and achy but always there... what could this be?

Could be a cyst, could be a kidney, could be appendicitis. Have you talked to your doctor about this? He should be able to sort this out.
