This is something you really should discuss with your doctor. There's no way to guess accurately what could be going on.

I'm sorry to hear that. Your other option is to ignore it, and hope it's nothing serious.

Then you have to choose the lesser of two evils. Either be embarrassed, but see your doctor to find out if this is serious, potentially saving your life. Or be embarrassed during sex, and hope that it's nothing serious, and risk your life.

You're 23, not a child. You have to make a grown up decision about this.

    Let's see...

What causes bleeding after orgasm or sex? Human Papilloma Virus, Cervical Cancer.

Trust me, your doctor has been asked more embarrassing questions. It's your life or your embarrassment. What's more important?

The body bleeds when something is wrong, or in the case of a woman when she doesn't become pregnant, and it is something that you should be concerned about. For example, if you cut yourself, or you start bleeding from your anus. Bleeding after having sex or an orgasm is significant and serious! Go to a doctor. It would be better to know and catch something early then not know and find out that you've got something serioud.

It might be embarrassing, but I can guarantee that your doctor has heard worse questions. For example, I lost a condom in my Vagina/Colon, can I have sex if my Herpes is active, I had buttsex and I seem to be incontinent, or I think lost a Tampon up there. Your question isn't embarrassing and the only one who is going to judge you is you. So get over yourself and talk to your doctor.
