Maybe its time to see your doctor as there are any number of gastrointestinal issues that could explain what you are feeling. And... at two months they do a blood test and it's a negative... then you aren't pregnant.

First time moms normally don't feel movement until week 20, that's half way through the pregnancy, well into the second trimester. So any movement you're feeling, is not due to a baby unless you're much further along than 2 months.

When did you last test? When you tested did you use first morning urine? Have you gone for a blood test yet?
