Have had symptoms of what I think are hemorrhoids for about a week. I have had pain and discomfort and slight bleeding. Today bleeding has increased. I have also started to have diarrhea and cold sweats. Should I go to ER... or ill symptoms subside?

ER is not necessary, this is not a life threatening emergency. Just make an appointment with your doctor.
