Lately I have been having trouble with my bowels. I've never been irregular and its starting to get worse

First thing I noticed was white strands in my stool. Didn't look like a parasite but has happened more than once. And for a few weeks now it has been appearing. Also I have no trouble passing but it feels like there is something blocking my stool from coming out easily.
Im not sure what could be wrong, I know going to the doctors is the best way to figure this out but I currently don't have insurance.

Any ideas? I'm 22 if that helps

Well, there is nothing we can do, we can no even see this, nor do blood tests, or do other tests.
