Hi, I last had my period in May (last period started on 7 May and finished around 11May). I stopped birth control (levlin) in January. Since stopping I had a period in March and then the May period. I have some spotting that only last a day and doesn't even fill a liner. I have gad 2 blood test and numerous home pregnancy test that all came out negative. I have had a scan and these are the results - "the uterus is normal in size. The endometrium is normal in thickness with an AP thickness of 9mm. The posterior fundal region of the uterus, there is a discrete 35mm x29mm x 32mm hypoechoic lesion consistent with an intramural fibroid and there are 2 further tiny fibroids in the body of the uterus measuring 18 and 17 mm in diameter each. The endometrium is bowed anterior lay in the fundal region by the larger fibroid. Both ovaries are identified and appear normal. No free fluid or ad exalt masses are seen."
