Hey I am a 24 year old female. I lost my virginity on 9/14/13 I bled extremely heavy when having sex but later that day I had no signs of bleeding at all about 2 days later I started spotting again it has been 3
Weeks and I am still spotting off and on is this normal? Should I be worried? Please help?

While losing your virginity you may bleed because when you have sex for very first time hymen(barrier of tissues, proof of virginity) in vagina breaks due to penetration. May be in your case it was not totally removed at that time and now its shedding as now those tissues would not be receiving proper blood supply as before.

It's not abnormal. Hymens vary a lot among women, and yours may not have formed new skin right away. Be sure to keep clean with just a small amount of gentle soap and rinse well, and keep dry, just to help prevent any bacteria from getting in the open skin.

(The previous suggestion that 'now its shedding as now those tissues would not be receiving proper blood supply as before' makes no sense.)
