I am 21 years old . I get regular periods but have severe pain in lower back and get in clots instead liquid form and when I eat something on the 1st and 2nd day I feel like vomitting and burning sensation in chest.I get periods for 3 days and on the 4th day just spoting. Also between 2 menstrual cycles I get brown discharge for whole month. Kindly help!
