Is taking years for those 2 movies - Help

Hi there :)

So for years now I'm trying to find the name for 2 movies I remenber I saw when I was a kid, I don't have too much information about them but there we go:

- They are probably from the 80´s or 90`s

- the first movie I just remenber a scene: I think are two brothers (boy , girl and maybe more) who go to their parents room and find them on the bed all melted, like vomit, a really colorful vomit... maybe some kind of a alien/monster movie??

- The second movie is about a boy who keep creepy and crazy little creatures in a cage all time at his house, until they got out and start panic at the house... something like that...

I know its just a little bit of information ;( but some hits would be so great :) Thanks to all

Hi there lol, thanks for the hints... well I think you got the first movie, so happy about, saw some images on Google and yeah I think is this one :)

The gate 2... Hum I saw that one, its similar, with scenes from little monsters in a cage... still I don't think is this one... I remember that most of the movie was a boy keeping this cage with a lot of creatures at his home, and at some point something happens and the cage open and they just come out to attack lollol

But anyway THANKKKKKSSSSSS for the hints, 1 movie downnnn :):)

The first is right? Wow! It's been so long since I've seen it that I wasn't certain.

Right now, I'm thinking, "Duh!" because I didn't suggest what I thought was too obvious a film: "Gremlins". I kept thinking, "Nah! It couldn't be that easy!" I'll feel really silly if that's the film because it was the first one that came to my mind. I figured your second mystery would be very obscure. Now, I'm curious to see if it IS "Gremlins". If it is, there's a sequel, which I liked much more than the first film because they did what gremlins are supposed to do: mess up machinery.

Moonstruck - I thought Gremlins was too easy as well, just thought I would put it out there anyway. Guess We'll see!

I usually suggest a number of possibilities. I'm not sure why I went with just one. That was my "duh" moment=}

Its not the Gremlins ahahah, I just know because saw them like 2 weeks ago...

Bye the way the little creatures in the bird cage, they just look sooooo similar to those creatures from the movies: the gate 2 and Subspecies... still not those movies lol

Yeah I'm sure, The movie I'm talking has a bird cage but with LOTS of little creatures, really similar to this one, but its not gate 2...

I just watched Terrorvision, and Yeh was that one :) Thanksssss

Hmmm well I'm out of ideas at this point! Found this, which I know does not fit the time frame or scenario you described, so basically isn't the movie you're looking for, but did pop up when I was looking for 'creatures in birdcage' (you see them at 50seconds... )
