I live in California and I am married. My mom, my brother and I names were on the deed of the house my mom lived in when she died. Also I was married when my mother put my brother and I names on the deed. My question is do my wife have any rights to house. My brother is not married.

By adding you and your siblings to the title, the house passed to you outside your mom's estate. Your wife may have a right to a share based on community property. But only in a divorce.
