We can't diagnose pregnancy online. The only way to diagnose pregnancy is with a urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy.

Test when your period is at least 2 weeks late. Make sure to test with first morning urine, the first pee of the day. If that test is negative, wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.
