Hi I'm going to be doing all over color and highlights in about a week the problem is that she has about 3 inch regrowth and to do the color all over and highlights is going to be time consuming and a struggle because of her regrowth, should I dye her hair before highlighting it and then do highlights two days after or should I just do it all at the same time?? Need help any advice

Yes I am licensed its been 7 months since I got it .

Its been awhile since I finished school that I do all over color and hihglights on hair that has 3 inch regrowth

I don't think there are any licensed hairdressers on this site. If you're unsure I'd ask your fellow hairstylists in the salon you work at. They'd be the best people to go to, since they're also licensed.

What level is her regrowth? What color are you going to lighten or darken for the all over and how light will her highlights be?
