I am currently in early pregnancy with my 3rd child, I seem to be getting a throbbing pain at the top left side of my abdomen, is this normal I am scared something is wrong

I'm pregnant with my third child as well and I had that too. I was going to say something to my OB dr but it went away before my appointment. How long has the pain been there? Mine was there for a about two weeks on and off.
