I was mowing my lawn yesterday and had stopped for a minute, went back to it and couldn't pull the start cord to fire the mower again. The mower's power plant is a Briggs Quantum 5hp. Thanks in advance for the help.

Is there any oil in it?

Pull the spark plug and see if stuff sprays out.
