I've had a dry throat for a few days and been very fatigued. I've got a h/a now and cough. Temp is low. What should I take?

I'm a fan of home remedies at first, until you know what you have. Lots of warm fluids, gargle with salt water, keep neck/head/feet warm, menthol cough drops to deal with post nasal drip, and rest. There are new saline (salt) nasal sprays that are pretty good.
Colds and flu are caused by viruses. No product kills them. All symptom relievers are available OTC or in your kitchen.

h/a = headache. Try Tylenol Cold and Flu if it is available where you are.
