Every time I pee I can smell this disgusting odor. What's wrong with my body

We can't smell it, of course, and can't know what it is.
Some ideas to think about before you see a doctor:
Yeast infection
Bacterial infection
Vaginal infection that you notice when you pee, but is really in your vagina
Certain foods such as asparagus (recessive trait)
Something more rare and serious, but that's not likely

You really have no choice but to get to a clinic, where a nurse can handle it.

But I have no pain. I have had cervical cancer.. could this be related.. sometimes I get kidney pain do you think this is all a related problem. I don't hardly ever have discharge or swollen or any bumps? Any suggestion there?

I am 21 I have a two year old by natural birth also I have a 14 month old by c section.. I douch normally could any of these cause problems

Since it could be a UTI that backed up to your kidney, then you need to be seen TOMORROW.

Douching is a very bad thing to do. The vagina is a self cleaning oven, it doesn't need to be cleaned, and douching can actually harm that balance that nature itself provides.

Strong smelling urine can be a symptom of many things. It could be that you're not drinking enough water, it could be a bladder infection, it could be kidney infection, you could have had asparagus for dinner, it could be any number of things.

Bottom line, we really can't tell you what's causing this. You'll have to see a doctor if you're concerned.

Also a strong odor along with heavy yellow color can be a issue of diet and the body needing to cleanse from everything in it.
