I'm 24 years old. Sexualy active woth my boyfriend of 5 years. My periods are irregular. My last one one August 28 to sept 1. About two weeks later my breasts became very tender and sore. Felt like they were full. The tenderness has continued for 15 days now all over including my nipples. I've noticed a large blue vein on my left nipple. I have also started have minor cramps. It is usual for me to get cramps and then breast tenderness before period, but period usually comes about ever two months or so. I went to the doctor and he just told me it was my caffeine intake. That was a week ago and they still hurt.. What's going on?
