It was a music video I saw a year ago, I forgot the name of the song and the name of the band, I can only remember the video. It was directed in a sort of stopmotion-kind-of-way, they would pause and play the shots in a very rapid way. There's a guy waking up, and does common things like: brushing his teeth, eating breakfast, I think he showers, and shaves, picks his clothes, but like there are two things always that he has to pick. Like decisions he has to make in a very comical way. I also remember a girl, and a hotdog. The music was sort of electronic-indie.
