Hi all OK so my last period was the 4th of August it was due on the 31st and never arrived. It's now the 24th of September and I woke up this morning with brown discharge with a tinge of blood when I wipe but it has gone now. I have no cramps and I am suppose to start my period on Saturday again I'm so confused I took tests about 3 weeks ago but they were negative has anyone got any advice?

If your on birth control it is very common to have mixed up periods. Or I you've recently had a child. If none I those have happened then you should see the dr to make sure you don't have something more serious going on. I have had messed up periods before but mostly due to just having a child or birth control. Your best bet is to call a nurse advice line or dr appointment. Tell them all your symptoms including headaches, blurred vision, cramping, stomach ache, constipation, or whatever else that you notice that seems to be off. It's important you tell them everything! I have been to the doctors 3 weeks ago she said did a pregnancy test but came back negative and said I would bleed within a few days but I had nothing apart from a small amount of brownish pink discharge this morning my periods have been like clockwork never missed one in my life. So I'm two months late on Saturday.. I am on the pill and I do take it everyday give or take a few hours

Heck if your not pregnant and doc says everything is good, I would say your pretty fortunate. Periods suck! Just keep an eye out for any other symptoms. Maybe you should stop taking the birth control you have in case you are pregnant. If your period still hasn't come then, then you shoul go back to the doctor and call her a quack and tell her to give you another pregnancy test.
