Could be the house, could be where you work, really can't tell you, you don't provide a lot of info.

Or could be the different plants, trees, grasses etc, in the area around the new house. Have you tried over the counter allergy meds (check with your physician or at least read the instructions carefully for conflicts with other meds you may be taking). If your breathing is affected, find a good allergist. I have a very small area of my lawn where I start coughing at certain times during the mowing season, just from quickly passing by with a mower. At my previous home, we had a hickory tree that all but tried to murder me for a few weeks at the end of the summer. Or you could be coincidentally experiencing sinus problems from an entirely different source. I used OTC sinus pills for a while which helped lessen my cough but the allergist vetoed that idea because he said sinus meds can affect the heart.

Had a friend move into a mobile home, the glue, and material used to construct.

My wife moved, bought new bedding, turned out to be allergic to it.

I changed wash powder, broke out like a blimp.

So it can be many factors

    Exactly.

In July I suddenly broke out in an all over itchy rash, don't know why. Had for dinner something I've been eating since I was 2 years old, no other changes. Saw the doctor, it was an allergic reaction. He wished me luck figuring out what caused it.

So many factors. Could it be the house? Sure. But a sinus issue, and that's it? Doesn't sound like you're reacting to anything. Sounds like you have a cold.
