    No - inheritances and gifts you receive while married, and assets you owned prior to marriage, are considered to be separate property and so are not split upon divorce. If you get divorced you will need to be able to provide proof that the source of the assets was inheritance, so don't lose documents such as the accounting of your inheritance which you should have received from the executor, and relevant account statements.
