Hello I am writing in behalf of my mother, she is 62 years old and living on her social security income, my father recently passed away in July 2013, therefore my mother lives alone, and is in serious need of some home repairs that of which she cannot afford on her own, I was wondering if there is some kind of assistance program that she can apply for.
