How do I remove a stuck washer from a bathtub faucet?
My bathtub has very little hot water coming out of the faucet,I checked the washer on it and found that the washer and screw have come off the stem. I need to know how I can remove the washer and screw that are stuck in the faucet.

With the stem removed, briefly turn on the water. The water pressure should blow the washer and screw out. If it doesn't, start digging around with a sharp pointed tool like an awl. Try to get the washer turned so you can grip it with a pair of long needle nosed pliers. If you move it but can't grip it, try blowing out with water pressure again.

I have an ice pick with a bent end. Catches the washer and pulls them out.
