I just found out I am 6wks pregnant but now I am having cramps, lower back pain and light to heavy bleeding. Some say it's a miscarriage othera say is normal. Should I be concerned?

Bleeding accompanied with cramping is an indication of a miscarriage. Please go to the ER to have this either confirmed or ruled out.
