Hi I'm 20 and have pcos I know this can lead to irregular periods but I had a period last month like normal than again at the end of the month and not even a weak after it ended I started bleeding again started with spotting and got worse I have been bleeding for 11 days heavily and 2 days before spotting 2days ago I passed a big blood clot about half the size of my palm and my stomach pain went away I am still bleeding and shows no sign of stopping.

There is no way to know from descriptions, or from examination even.
If I had to guess, I would guess that you were not pregnant. But my guess is meaningless.
You shouldn't go much longer without being seen again for the pcos.
