    Fan kit light harbor breeze
I needed more light than the harbor breeze light fixture that came with the fan.
Bought what I thought would fit... a harbor breeze 4 light kit. In trying to replace the existing light I found that the new kit housing is a bit smaller and the holes won't line up. How to do I find a compatible light kit to fit my harvor breeze fan that is 2 years old?

Fans get outdated by each year. How about larger wattage bulbs or ones with a higher lumen output.

Unfortunately, the enclosed light globe is restricted to (2) 40 watt bulbs. Lesson learned to read box description a lot more carefully before purchasing.

Try a brighter CFL. They have low wattage but put out light equal to 60 watt. You may be space limited and some globe style only take small base.
