My son ran into a wall at school yesterday I put ice on his head today it went down just want to know should I take him to the ER.

Blood? Bruises? Pain? Swelling? Crying? Headaches?

He had swelling went down he was crying when it happen now its OK but do I still need to take him to the emergency room

When my kids were little the doctors always told me 'don't let them go to sleep for a few hours and make sure it swells out not in'. So according to that and that its been a day he should be fine.

We really can't make this judgement call, it's up to you. From the sounds of it, he should be fine, but, no one on this site is a doctor, so we really can't say for sure. You have to go with your gut on this one.

I agree with no help. Possible concussion is a serious issue. It can effect many of our senses, smell, taste. Yes, I would tske him to the ER. He needs a catscan.
