    The Result?
    Hi everyone, :)

Following everyone's advice to contact my health care provider when I thought I was possibly pregnant with the weird stuff going on with my body (weight gain, red spidery stretch marks, increase in acne, but no morning sickness and turning up negative in home pregnancy tests)

I had originally had my doc appt for April 2nd after noticing that I was late for my period (I've always been irregular, but nothing since Dec 19) but then when I noticed irregular brown discharge with minimal blood in it and I only bled when I went to the bathroom I was alarmed by it and sought advice from this website which everyone told me to consider it as an emergency unless the doc tells me that it's normal, I decided to come into the ER.

They ran the urine test, blood test and the ultrasound.

The result? I had a cyst in my ovualries. (sorry if I misspelled that)

Was I disappointed to find out that I wasn't pregnant? Yes. :( Some rotten luck!

The good news is that I'm fine and they'll probably have me on BC Pill for awhile to get my period to be normal. :p

So next time someone thinks that they're pregnant, be sure it's not a Cyst before letting the idea grow on them!

The idea of being a mom is thrilling, but yet there is just no way that anyone who has not ever had a kid can ever be completely 100 percent prepared, it doesn't mean they can't try their best. As for me, I think I'll straighten out my body first and enjoy my "freedom" a little longer before deciding to actually try to have a kid.

So everyone, Thank you so much for all of your opinions, and your time to read this :)

    T'care Everyone
    Kelly

I had a cyst on my ovary the size of a tennis ball, it had twisted my Fallopian tube causing me great pain. What are the doctors doing to get rid of the cyst? I had to have my surgically removed.

My appt. on April 2nd will determine that. Apparently the Docs aren't too worried since the lab reports returned with normal results, my white blood count was where it was supposed to be. As for the pain? I can relate, it hurts, not too bad though, but it does hurt. :P

    Thanks for your reply! :)

Sorry to say prepare yourself for the worst. Mine started like that I was taken in to hospital for a week on paracetamol lol of all things then they sent me home 3 days later I was rushed back in as I collapsed where the cyst had got bigger. When I had my first scan the cyst was 4.5cm when I had my second scan the cyst was 6,8cm so just prepare for it I don't want to scare you.

Were you even though when the docs told you were just fine, still bleeding abnomally? Like its still too light?

I guess I'll find out on April 2nd if I don't collasp by then

The doctor told me I had wind! Believe it or not. I had heavy periods but that was nothing out of the ordinary for me. Good luck.
