    Child support
I already have a separation agreement that states how much my ex-husband must pay me in child support. It has been 4 years since our divorce and I want to go to FRO to have his wages garnished. Do I need a lawyer to do this or can I file the paperwork myself?

If I remember correctly FRO is a Canadian agency to help collect support. Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

But I don't believe you need an attorney to enlist FRO's help.

Yes, it is the family responsibility office, government of Ontario.
