I suffer from headaches two or three times a week I am anemic and have low iron and take iron pills daily.

What's your question?

Are you asking if your anemia is causing the headaches? It's possible, but mainly anemia causes you to feel tired, and iron pills can cause constipation. I suppose headaches are a possible side effect, but not one I've ever experienced due to my anemia and iron intake.
