I saw this movie at least 13 yrs ago and unfortunately I don't remember a lot about it. I'm thinking it was an 80's to early 90's film. Tenants in this old apartment complex started disappearing, some were murdered and strange things were always happening there. There may have been some bodies hidden in the basement. That's about all I can remember. I'd really appreciate any help u guys could give me :)
