Gradual pressure drop then builds back up
I am on municipal water. Recently I have started having a problem with the water pressure gradually dropping on to a drizzle over time, anywhere in the house. It starts with a normal flow, then as it continues to run it drops. If I turn it off for a few minutes, it builds back up, then the water flow is normal for a few minutes, then gradually drops back down to a drizzle. Help!

Could be a clogged or faulty pressure relief valve, typically located just after the main water shutoff for the house.
