I'm going thought a court case to be able to see my son and I have been ordered to take hair alcohol test, I've keep a record of how many units of have drank (420 units) over the last three months, will I pass or will I be over the cut-off level?

If you pass or not isn't something we can answer here as there are so many variables to consider. We have no way of actually knowing.

what are the main variables ? I drink regularly between 3 to 10 units

First, of all, we don't know what the cut off level will be. Second, we don't know what a "unit" involves or how it will affect you.

If you drink regularly, then you'll likely fail.

The cut off level is 0.5 ng/mg FAAE and 30pg/mg ETG. I've done some research and 1 unit is 8 grams of pure alcohol.

1 unit = 60 gr
100 units (6000 gr) = 211 ounces
