Can a convicted felon obtain a career in ANY medical field even medical assistants
No, a convicted felon will not get a job in any medical field.
Some fields like medical are clear cut. Others like clerical, sales, etc not so clear - it will depend on the company doing the hiring. It will be up to you to try to explain your record to an employer. You may never get a job around money, so perhaps try telemarketing or CSR. You are glued to a phone all day in those jobs. And training is on the job.
(All felons are convicted, so convicted felon is redundant.)

Excon
Yes, you can most likely get an Administrative/Clerical job, just not one in a hospital or doctor's office. You also won't be able to get a job as a medical professional in any capacity.
