Does that really matter? Are you going to try and get them fired? Why not just file for divorce?
What does it matter what Walmart's policy is? Tattling on them, if it's against policy, may get them fired, or written up, but it won't stop them from dating, and that's what your daughter is upset about.
Instead of concentrating on getting even, why not concentrate on helping your daughter deal with what's going on.
I had to read this a few times... I really did. I wasn't sure if I was missing something or if you just outright confused me. Turns out you confused me.
Why is it such an important thing to you if Walmart has a policy against them dating? It's your husband... who cares about Walmart. Do you think if Walmart has a policy against this and you tell them, they will stop these 2 from dating and your problems will be solved? No, they won't be solved.
File for divorce... solve the problem that way.
Why are you concerned about what wal mart's policy is? What is your policy on infidelity in marriage? Have you confronted your husband? Are you guys separated and he has this girl friend? Tell your husband this is upsetting your daughter and file for divorce.
Is he your EX? Otherwise it makes no sense.
I wonder if this is the daughter posting this question. It does not sound like a grown married woman unless they are getting divorced and she is angry, wanting to get back at him.
Coming from someone who works at Walmart, it is not against policy at all. So, you should just file for divorce.
