    Feeling angry and annoyed
I'm constantly feeling angry and annoyed everyday all day long at home at work. I feel this way with my husband and my amazing kids also my coworkers. Is there a reason I could be this way? Can it be helped? I feel like my family deserves more but I just can't help this feeling all the time.

Look into an anger management program. The cause might not be what you think... like unrelated stress.

Try to notice more and look at incidents that seemingly get you upset then try and pinpoint why and if it is rational or if you are knit picking over little things.

I go through this as well... though I have to say, my annoyance at some people isn't all undeserved.
Over the years, I have discovered that this is a side effect of depression in my case.

    Same with me.

I'd see a doctor about this, start there. Your doctor can recommend a specialist if need be, but if it is depression, your doctor will be able to diagnose and offer treatment options.
