I have a court date on the 25th of September and the DA offered me 30 days in jail. I have been going to AA meeting (Not court ordered) and been getting every meeting I go to signed off on this paper they give you at the AA place, now my question is can I get jail time served by going to these meetings? I live in San Jose California and I'm in the Santa Clara district.

If you can get your lawyer to get the DA to agree as part of a plea deal. Taking the bull by the horns and dealing with that aspect on you own can help you.
