At 5 weeks most people don't feel pregnant, or have any symptoms to even suggest that they are, other than a missed period.

So for now you're lucky. The puking, runs, headaches, fatigue, and all the rest, may still be around the corner. Or maybe you did get lucky and you won't experience any of that.
