I'm citizen of azerbaijan who married in india with indian citizen... due some problem he did have to go back to western country where he gets education. And I overstayed in india with expired visa for 3 years.. now I need urgently go back to my country... but I don't know how to proceed... in my hand the nikah certificate( Muslim marriage certificate) obviously due my husband abroad his international passport with him... so by using this certificate can I register as his wife and what I should do for having opportunity for re entering india easily in future?what 's the way of dealing with all of these?
