A 3 level deck at least 15ft. By 10ft. Per each level, pressure wash and stain and replace all lifted nails with screws on entire deck floor... what would be a reasonable price for such a job?. nearly perfect condition no mold or rotted wood, still virgin quality never been treated.

Kind of hard to estimate without actually seeing the deck, i.e. damage due to elements

There are to many variables to give a price for any kind of work without seeing it.

The prices have to do with location, how high you have to do it and cost of materials.

guesstimate amount of time and how much you want to make and go from there.
